We are committed to safely collecting and storing lost and found items reported to our staff. Our team makes every effort to locate and return misplaced belongings to their rightful owners as quickly and efficiently as possible.

📍 Where Items Are Kept:

All lost items are kept at the branch where the rental vehicle was returned or the location where the item was found. Items are securely stored for a specific period, after which they may be discarded or donated, by our company policy.


📞 To Report or Inquire About a Lost Item:

Please get in touch with the branch where you returned your rental or last visited . Provide as much detail as possible, including:

  • Your full name
  • Rental Agreement Number
  • Date and location of rental return
  • Description of the lost item
